2. Quotes and Pricing: All quotes provided by Luxo Windows are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Prices may vary based on the scope of work and any additional requirements. Any discounts or promotions are subject to change at our discretion.

3. Payment: Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept payment by cash, check, or electronic bank transfer.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Warranty: Luxo Windows offers a warranty on our products and workmanship. The terms and duration of the warranty will be provided to you in writing before the commencement of any work.

6. Liability: Luxo Windows is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our products or services, except where prohibited by law. We are not responsible for any pre-existing issues with your property that may affect the installation or performance of our products.

7. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights associated with Luxo Windows, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and website content, are owned by Luxo Windows. You may not use or reproduce our intellectual property without prior written consent.

8. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
